Eugen Chocolate is a company from Gložan, a little village near Novi Sad, which focuses on the production of premium quality and special types of chocolate. Partnering with the Faculty of Technology from University of Novi Sad, Eugen Chocolate strives to prove that proper nutrition is an inseparable segment of the healthy lifestyle concept by demonstrating how chocolate products offer a valuable vehicle for nutritional supplementation improvement. The general objective of the project is to develop innovative ways to obtain new chocolate products enriched with biologically active components with health benefits, which would be functionally and energy superior compared to similar traditional products.
