UNIPLAST: Development of Active Pharmaceutical Packaging

Uniplast’s project revolves around the development of antimicrobial active pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging based on silver-zeolite and polyethylene. This innovative packaging will help control microbial contamination, improve preservation and extend a product’s shelf life, and is especially useful for protecting substances which require extended transport and have long storage periods.
