Starglass d.o.o.: Development and Manufacturing of Multifunction Production Line for Bending, Tempering of Bent and Fusion of Glass

Starglass from Starčevo developed and manufactured a multifunctional production line which facilitates three technological processes of treating glass: bending, tempering and fusion. The new line is highly energy efficient due to specially positioned heaters and a custom cooling system. Producing glass of various radiuses and shapes can be done without changing any tools, thereby increasing productivity and requiring only one worker to operate the machine. The solution is suitable for both small and large producers of glass. The company plans to focus on exporting its machine to the international market.
