Company NovelIC developed a new solution for helping people with visual impairments. The system embedded in a spectacle-shaped frame helps users to detect the distance and speed of objects in their near surroundings by using integrated radar sensors (60 GHz RF ASIC). This new solution also finds applications among people working in dark and foggy environments.
